    Kelly Mazza is a licensed nursing home administrator in Connecticut and Vermont and has served on the Vermont Governor’s Commission on Alzheimer’s and as an Alzheimer’s Association Ambassador to Senator Leahy of Vermont. She is the 1st recipient of the ALFA Community Leadership award. Kelly served as a combat medic in the Army National Guard. She grew up in Wolcott, Connecticut and is thrilled to be going home.
